Have you ever smelt a perfume that made you feel ill ?
For every smell that makes you feel ill there is one that will have a polar opposite effect on you and could make you fee a whole array of different feelings from happy, to energized, to calming, even confidant!
I have put together a list of some essential oils that will help elevate your mood and restore emotional balance to your life.
I find the best way to apply essential oils like lavender I put some drops in a small spray canister with water and spray it on linen.
Also I like to add a few drops to a hot bath and breath in the aromas, this is especially good for my young boys when they are excited and I’d like to calm them before bed. (make sure they don’t drink the water and please make sure to check the potency of the oil you are using most are highly concentrated)
Also burners and vaporizers are a great way to fill the house with a beautiful smell and relax other family members that are under stress.

Yay! Honestly, the quality has to be experienced to be believed, it’s pure amazing. As you are beginning to countdown to birthing I can arrange for the gorgeous Jocelyn Oades (who brought the oils to NZ and has been working and educating people around the country how to connect with and use the oils for the past 2 years) to come to you if that’s easier or you are welcome to come to her organic spa. She is hugely respected and you would love meeting her. Arohanui, Huia 🙂
Yes please, how can I arrange to meet Jocelyn Oades ? Perhaps we can do a little vlog of her recommended oils?
