Ok you asked for it so here is one of my recipes for a green smoothy – I will post as I make more day by day ❤
This is a a perfect way to get raw greens into your kids, add more banana to make it sweeter.
1x can/container of Coconut water or 2x coconuts full ( can use water approx 150-200 ML)
2x frozen bananas
handful of blueberries or strawberries
Fill to the top of blender with fresh raw spinach
MAGICAL TIP: peel and freeze the bananas – its a must! x
