Home made Muesli

4 cups rolled (flaked) grain (barley, oats, rice, rye, or spelt – I get mine freshly milled at the markets)

1/2 cup sunflower seeds (hulled) 1/2 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

1/2 cup sesame seeds

1 cup almonds, roughly chopped

1 cup dried fruit, chopped

2tsp chia seeds

1/4 cup desiccated coconut

*Top off with fresh fruit to eat Tip: always soak nuts over night in water makes them easier to digest esp macadamia and almonds
