Morning yoga

My favourite way to start the day is with yoga.
I find it more strengthening than weight training.
It is a fantastic way to reconnect with your body and become more conscious of your breath, especially if you’re are prone to holding your breath when you’re stressed!!
Here were a few poses from my morning practice:- give them a go! 🙂
*yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach … All the bending can give you a sick feeling if your tummy is full
