Healthy breakfast for Tots 

this is Lily Vonns favorite breakfast at the moment so thought I’d share it.


2 cups of oats 

2 cups of almond milk 

1 banana 

1 cup of blueberries

Cook the oats as directed (I do half almond milk half water) the frozen berries.

Mash in the bananas and add mix remaining almond milk, for us banana is sweet enough but you can add maple syrup 🙂

Also   add any frozen or fresh fruits, srinkle with seeds, chia seeds, cacao, goji berries, bee pollen, aloe vera, coconut oil, hemp seeds/protein, spirulina, or acai. 

*careful to cool it – can get very hot
